Our Policies
Upon booking an appointment with us you will be asked to confirm your appointment using your credit card. You will not be charged anything by doing so, this is simply to confirm your booking. We also can not see any of this information.
You will still need to bring your card into the salon to pay for your appointment.
You will be charged a fee of 50% of your booking price should you cancel/reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment.
If you fail to show up for your appointment you will be charged 100% of your booking price.

If you are unhappy with the result of your hair please let us know within 1 week of your appointment so we are able to rectify the issue free of charge.
